Outstanding dishes.
The hotel was exceptionally clean with stunning location close to the city centre and luxurious rooms. Location next to the Lebanese restaurant. Kindness of the staff. Early check-in, late check-out.

Lovely room and view from delux seaview room.
Staff badly need customer focused training. Was told I couldn't have breakfast at restaurant as my breakfast was on level 5, despite being willing to pay to eat outside. Constant whistle blowing by life guards for rule infringements made relaxing around the pool impossible. Like being on a school camp, not at a 5 star hotel!

The attentive staff made us feel special, especially with the complimentary cool box of water for the beach. The Lebanese restaurant served some of the best food we tasted during our stay.

A very nice modern hotel with an amazing pool. A very grand entrance way. A nice beach with dedicated swimming area. Security staff are great fun and friendly.
No complaints apart from…. I really hope the manager reads this and lets the bar staff update their Bryan Adams and Eagles albums - drives you slightly mad as they go round and round and round. And I hope he complains to the local government about the boat that arrives daily around 1pm, full of young men, and anchors out the front of the beach for a couple of hours playing really bad 80s Ibiza tunes and destroying the peacefulness of the beach area with the music and jet skis…

good, patient and helpful staff. comfortable room.
an extra charge above and beyond the confirmed reservation price. disgusting overpriced food in the hotel lobby restaurant. attempts at being an American-style establishment instead of a Jordanian hotel.

The staff where nice and very helpful. The pool setup was amazing and the beach was very clean. Water sports available at the beach along with a volleyball and football playgrounds. The hotel location is very close to down town aqaba and you walk to most of the places there.
as any five star hotel, the food and drinks where overpriced. The water sports where also overpriced which makes many people hesitate the try them out.
